 What results one should expect :

An initial assessment with an Ayurvedic practitioner may last an hour or longer. The practitioner will ask detailed questions about your health, diet and lifestyle. He or she will listen to your pulse. Unlike mainstream medicine, 12 different pulse points are assessed in Ayurveda.


The Ayurvedic practitioner also examines the tongue; its appearance is believed to provide clues about areas of the body that may be out of balance. The appearance of the skin, lips, nails, and eyes is also observed.


After the assessment, the practitioner will determine an individual's unique balance of doshas, or metabolic types. One dosha is usually predominant and may be imbalanced, usually due to poor diet and unhealthy habits.


The practitioner can create an individualized treatment plan, which often includes diet, exercise, herbs, yoga, meditation, and breathwork. The treatment plan generally focuses on restoring balance to one particular dosha.


Sessions :

  • Your first Ayurveda session may take longer than subsequent sessions as your practitioner diagnoses your condition and recommends a course of treatment. Expect to spend 1 hour at the initial consultation and treatment (will include in-depth reading of past to present imbalances)

  • The number of Ayurveda sessions you'll need will depend on your condition

RESTORATIVE /YIN YOGA - ENERGY BALANCE -  Along with you diet and lifestyle plan we will give you a number of restorative poses. These poses help with unblocking stagnate energy in the body. These poses are very comfortable you don't have to be a yoga expert to do the poses.

Ayurveda Therapies


  • PANCHAKARMA - Ayurveda process of detoxifying the body inside and out using combination of massages, medication and diet. This treatment is highly effective cleansing the body of toxins, bringing balance into your system and improving bodily functions.


  • Panchakarma therapies can be 7, 14, 21 or 28 days depending on what comes out of the pre consultation and during post consultation


  • DETOX PROGRAMS - Juicing and salads plans, these will be designed depending on your pre consultation outcome. These detox programs can be for 3, 5 to 7 days.
